Fifth Amendment | Don’t Talk to Police…

Or Other Regulation Enforcers

See our featured YouTube Video Below…

Today, many see taking the fifth as being an admission of guilt.

Your natural right is: “You don’t have to talk to government employees about anything!

The reason?

It’s because, the political elite love to go on fishing expeditions to find anything in your life that they can use against you to take more of your property or to take more of your time for their purposes… And they do not have that right.

The fifth amendment was a false promise by politicians that they would never violate the rights of individuals they had just taken rights from.

In secret meetings a new constitution was drafted to replace the Articles of Confederation that the USofA had been operating by for eight years.

The political elites had decided it did not give them enough power; so, the constitution was created to transfer more power to the federal government.

In order to let time and custom take effect (so that the newly created serfs forgot what was taken?), no one could vote for 20 years except male, white land owners.

In order to protect yourself from today’s kangaroo courts, use the few tools that still occasionally work… Especially when dealing with lower level enforcers who are never certain when they can ignore all laws with impunity.

Fifth Amendment | Don’t Talk to Police…
Or Any Government Flunky

This presentation is by a law professor who was formerly a prosecutor and a police officer… There are some good things to learn here.

Keep in mind Martha Stewart went to jail for lying about something that if she had done it… Was not a crime.

If a billionaire can’t defend herself from the consequences of talking to government flunkies, you probably don’t want to do what she did.

And remember if you are a jury where judicial misconduct is proceeding and attempting to deny the rights of a defendant to a common law trial, how can the verdict be anything but “not guilty” for want of a fair and impartial trial?
